ETRIX works with innovative development and invests resources in research and development to build on and secure its market leadership. In addition, a license system has been introduced that allows long term access to the technology in order that the applications can be further developed.

A philosophy of reliability and advancement

Recognition of the EU patent in 2007 is the starting signal for the opening of branch offices in the entire EU. ETRIX plans to be the No. 1 in the facility management sector within the coming two years.

Presentation of FM-DAT (Facility Management Data Bank): FM-DAT Version 1.0 which proves very popular with clients (a demo version will shortly be available as download).

Opening of Etrix in Vienna with the intention of advancing business in the capital and in the markets of Austria's neighbors to the east.

March 2007

Founding: Etrix Vertrieb West, with a focus on Western Austria and the Southern Germany region.

December 2006

Etrix Building Control: the first license free, WEB Controller for business premises programmable over any internet browser.

We establish a new plus point in our marketing strategy by publishing our company presentation in December 2006 in the specialty book "Innovative Salzburg". The specialist publication brought out by the advertising agency Pleon Publico is the result of cooperation with the most innovative companies in the region of Salzburg as well as with the Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Industry, the Salzburg Regional Government and Pleon Publico. We offer our book entry as a download in pdf format.

November 2006

Innovation Award: Gewinn Young Entrepreneurs Competition. We achieve 17th place in this Austria-wide competition with our project "FMOIP - the Digital House" (Etrix Building Control).

May 2006

FMOIP (FacilityManagementOverInternetPhone) by Etrix©™: We have the patent and the legal protection of registered design for this innovation: the network for data and speech communication.

December 2005

Etrix Anniversary: On the occasion of our company's first anniversary we celebrate with a festival occasion in the Schloss Klessheim, Salzburg.

November 2005

Award: Gewinn Young Entrepreneur competition: The Etrix Team achieved 92nd place against 1400 other competitors throughout Austria. We achieved sixth place for the Salzburg region.
Award: Innovation prize of the Chamber of Commerce. For this competition we presented our project "The Digital House" (Etrix Building Control), with which we were very satisfied.

March 2008

EU Patent: Recognition of the Europe-wide patent for FMOIP (Facility Management over Internet Phone).

February 2008

Founding of the company CTRIXS International as well as CTRIXS Austria. CTRIXS International stands for research and development; CTRIXS Austria concentrates on sales activities in Austria and in Eastern Europe.

FMoIP - Seminar: From 26.-28. September 07, we issued an invitation to our first Seminar on the topic "Facility Management Over Internet Phone". The 3-day seminar in the Villa Toscana Congress Centre offered a comprehensive insight, presentations, discussion forums right up to working with the modules on offer.
